Lance founded Law Transport (then known as Innisfail Carrying Company Pty Ltd) in 1995. Prior to this, Lance was always involved with heavy machinery from operating diggers in mines to cane haul equipment at their home farm.

Lance is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the business with a goal of client and employee satisfaction.

Ryan grew up around the family transport business and went on trips with his father during the early years of Innisfail Carrying Company. At 18 years of age he started machinery operation, in the mining industry throughout Australia in various companies including BHP and Rio Tinto.

He gained experience in multiple mining commodities which lead to supervision roles in mining production. During time at BHP Mine Newman East, Ryan was a key member in transition from conventional mining to Autominus. He was involved in Future BHP mining leader courses Perth.

Jean-Claude (JC) Siliato

Jean-Claude joined Law Transport in April 2020, having extensive experience in tax, accounting and finance roles in a range of industries.

As Chief Financial Officer, Jean-Claude is responsible for the oversight of liquidity and credit management, compliance, corporate risk management, group funding/working capital, IT, the Company Secretary and Legal, as well as the management of advances and banking relationships. His qualifications include – Bachelor of Business and Chartered Accountant.

Craig Wallace

Craig joined Law Transport (formally known as Townsville Carrying Company) in 2016 as part of a merger with Express Cranes.

Craig was imperative in the transition and is a valued asset to the team. He has extensive knowledge in specialised loads, weight distribution and load management.

Dean Spina

Dean has a solid, reputable background in transport and logistics. Excelling in specialised loads, Dean previously worked for Qube Logistics for 7 years, and was involved with the transportation of sugar cane, sugar, molasses and sugar syrup. Dean brings the knowledge and expertise to compliment the team at Law Transport.

Dean commenced his career as a Diesel Mechanic and holds his certificate 3 in Heavy Diesel Motor Mechanic. Prior to joining Law Transport in 2020, Dean worked for Thames Water Treatment services for 2 years based in London. Other qualifications include Fatigue Management and First Aid training.

From 2007 to 2019 Wes was at Vinidex and Solutions, as Site and Distribution Manager. Prior to that he was Director at Elite Crane Trucks With Vinidex [2005 – 2007] and Truck Driver Toplift Crane Trucks [1998-2005]. Prior to this, he was with Main Roads Townsville and the Shire Council in Richmond.

David Catalano

David has extensive knowledge in load management and fleet allocation. He often supports the logistics manager and has been a key driver bringing Law Transport to where it is today. Qualifications include Fatigue Risk Management and First Aid training.
